- Self-manage the Helpdesk duties for the company
- Provide End User support and troubleshooting
- Perform daily systems and applications availability checks
- Perform remote installation of application software
- Perform off-site system and application support using remote control tool

Responsibilities

- Familiar with and adhere to the latest training and installation standards and procedures
- Good Communication in English and experience in managing customer requests
- Resourceful with good analytical skill and ability to perform systematic troubleshooting techniques
- Must be able to work independently with minimum support.
